Excellent service from order to delivery.

First rate service. I purchased a 3 wood from discount golf store but when I unpacked it I realized I'd ordered the wrong one. Discount golf store had no problem accepting it back and exchanging for a different club even though I had removed the protective cellophane and stickers. I had to cover the cost of any additional postage but was fine with that as it was my mistake to begin with. The replacement club arrived within a couple of days which I was delighted with. Very happy with the service from all concerned.

I ordered a golf trolley for my boyfriends Christmas.....well meant to be Christmas! Annoyingly he also has a birthday in December. I ordered the trolley in plenty of time for it to arrive for his Christmas. Pre Covid times I would usually get the item sent to a relative’s house however to keep everyone safe I arranged for it to be delivered to my house which my partner also lives at. To my horror I arrived home from work to find the golf trolley had been delivered. My partner took it in. This wouldn’t have been an issue if the box didn’t have the picture of the golf trolley on it!!!! Totally ruining the surprise!! I appreciate the item has to be packaged however I would have expected the golf trolley box to be placed inside a normal cardboard box to disguise what the actual item was!!!! The trolley is an expensive item and I would have thought this would be normal practise! Apart from ruining the surprise, the golf trolley was greatly received!Edit*** the owner of discount golf has called me directly to discuss my review. I didn’t realise that there was a comments box to ask for it to be disguised and the fact the owner has taken time out to discuss my issues is greatly received. Not many companies would do that and the packaging hasn’t affected the working of the trolley. It was just a bit disappointing the surprise was ruined. Product and delivery were spot on though.

This was a Christmas for our son. He was and is delighted with the trolley and has managed to use it prior to this third lockdown. I am sure he will have many more occasions to enjoy this present. He has said he would highly recommend this golf trolley.
